OMG - the rubber mask ad with the idiot and the minstrel would never fly today! And I agree - I would not put one of those Halloween III masks on my head lest I could not remove it.
ReplyDeleteOops! Like I say I was in a rush and just posted images of masks I had grabbed from the web recently....I try not post images that could offend! I'll replace it with something else so as not to upset anyone, as although it can be considered by some as important to preserve such images as a critique on past times, not everyone wants to see that whilst browsing blogs...

ReplyDeleteI just watched a Youtube video where a guy bought a $700 custom - made Freddy Krueger mask! Bet that'll be a collectors item in a few years! :D
DeleteNot that I am "vintage" but I may have worn a couple of these back in the day. I like looking at all of the mask now but would not wear them for the life of me. ;)
