The Legend Of Zelda ~ A Comic Book Adventure!

Page 1

Hello! Been a while again, hasn't it! I've been kind of busy trying to run a business, but that's been put on the back burner for now, and whilst hunting through some old boxes of stuff I discovered this little piece of forgotten nonsense! So I thought I'd scan it in and stick it on here, as it's about time I got back to the blog!

It's a choose-your-own-adventure style interactive comic, where instead of reading straight through, you skip forwards and backwards to individual panels depending on the choices you make! It must have come free with some Nintendo magazine (maybe NMS?) or other back in the day, round about the time of the release of Link's Awakening on Gameboy...I can't find any other info online about it though!?

Anyway, here it is for your enjoyment! Click on the pics to make them bigger, and if you've somehow never read a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure book, I'll remind you again that the panels aren't all in order! If you can help with where and when this came from, please do leave a comment below!

I've found a few other bits 'n' bobs of old promo material and things that I'll probably stick up at a later date, so keep an eye out for those! And of course I'll definitely be back with even more Gruesome Games, Cinema Of Stuff, etc. in time for Halloween, so yeah...see you then!

  1. Welcome back. :-)

I kind of recognise the cover but have never seen the inside before. Unfortunately I have no details to provide about it but if you decide to get rid... ;-)

    1. Thanks! My brother just did a google search on the image and discovered that it did indeed come with an issue of NMS in 1994...not sure which issue, but that's it's origin! I'm hanging onto it for now, but if I ever decide to get rid of it.... ;-)

Nice one on finding out what it is, I did a Google search after reading the post and came up with nothing.
