Something that I never expected to become a Blog tradition, but which most definitely has, is posting the 'Card Creators Bonus Cards' that kids have drawn and that have successfully been picked by Bear Snacks, to be featured in their Bear Yoyo collector card sets....
And this year's selection are just as brilliantly weird as ever! As always, the monster on the front of the card is the reimagined version drwn by Bear's artists, with the kids drawings being on the back of the cards...

First, Theo, age 9 has come up with the Drillosaurus who loves drilling holes underneath roads so as other animals can cross safely!

Bibi, age 9, has come up with the Pliminga-saurus, which is a peacock, dino and flamingo mix that flies 1000 times faster than a Pterodactyl and loves to ride on it's scooter....

Little 4 year-old Lily has drawn an Icycorn who lives in the Arctic and eats mountain tundra beans, which seems to make it poop perfectly formed snowballs!!

Dawol, by 5 year old Theo, is part deer, part owl…and uses it’s massive orange eyes to turn other things into deer for some reason! DON’T LOOK INTO IT’S EYES!

Junkzilla, created by Alice, age 10, is apparently the king of the entire universe, is made of recycled junk and eats nothing but rubbish...(does this mean that if he gets caught without a snack, he can just nibble on his hand?)....

And last but by no means least, Zander, age 9, has created Kragnoks, strange beasts who live in the mountainsides and can often be seen belly flopping onto nearby villagers!

After modifying Thoe's drawing of Dawol to put at the top of the post, I was quite surprised and happy by how the results looked, so here are the rest of the drawings similarly cut and edited to make them stand out a bit more
I managed to get all six this year too! I'm really hoping they keep doing these, as I think they are awesome, and it gives me something to look forward to while munching on some healthy snacks!
